What is a Virtual Showing or Meeting?
An online meeting alternative to the in-person showing sessions.
Fantastic for the time-poor, large groups of people, or geography.
The Trilogy Agencies Team will set up a time that suits, and host the showing session - a run through of the latest ranges and product releases. We use Microsoft Teams for our sessions.
Virtual Showings are best seen on a Laptop or Desktop computer.
How does it work?
Trilogy Agencies will send a calendar invite email to the main organiser on your team.
Please accept the calendar invite.
If needed, forward the calendar invite with all team members who should also attend the Virtual Showing.
In the calendar invite will be the ‘link’ to the Microsoft Teams Meeting. At the scheduled meeting time, click on the link, and Microsoft Teams will open the meeting session on your internet browser.
Click the ‘JOIN NOW’ button.
The Trilogy Agency team will manage the meetings as your Host.
If your team cant attend the session, please delete/ decline the invite.
Handy Hints:
Before the Virtual Showings check your Sharing/ Security Settings to allow your computer to share video feeds and sound with the Teams Platform.
